2. Placement in a Facility
When offered an AIT position, you will shadow an administrator in multiple buildings to gain an understanding of what a healthcare administrator
3. Train In-house and Complete Certification
Training in-house consists of shadowing each department within a facility and completing certification to prepare you to be an administrator.
4. Complete Program and Become an Administrator
Complete certification, get placed as an administrator in a facility, and start a financially and emotionally fulfilling career.
